Our version of the Dark and Stormy combines citrusy sour with sweet and savory.

Serves 1

Prep Time: 3 mins

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces Bardenay® Ginger Rum

• 0.25 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice (¼ lime)

• 2-4 ounces ginger ale

• Slice of lime

Instructions:

1. Add ginger rum and lime juice to a double old fashioned glass over ice.

2. Gently stir.

3. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a slice of lime.
